A source close to the Trump family spoke to People magazine about Donald Trump Jr.’s recent leak of emails via Twitter, and spoke about how just before he leaked them publicly he went on Hannity and said, “In retrospect, I probably would have done things a little differently.”

“Those are not words normally heard from a Trump,” the source mentioned. “He doesn’t like failure and mistakes, and he doesn’t accept them. You have to justify your existence to be in his realm.”

Donald Trump Jr. typically escapes Trump Tower to a cabin upstate with his wife, Vanessa and their five children. A friend of both Donald and Eric says they both hate being First Sons.

“Eric and Don, they never wanted this,” the source said to People. Another source added, “Don can’t do any deals, because he’ll be overly scrutinized. He just goes to work every day and is miserable.”

“The loyalty within this family is insane,” a family friend close to Don Jr. and Eric said. “They would never speak against their dad… “You can’t bite the hand that feeds you, but he [Don Jr.] can’t wait for these four years to be over.”
