Singer Robin Thicke and ex-wife Paula Patton are in the midst of a custody battle, partly accusing him of child abuse.

But that didn’t stop Robin from posting a semi-nude pic of him and his current girlfriend April Love Geary on Instagram this weekend.

The posts came only a few weeks after Robin’s ex-wife, Paula Patton, was give a temporary restraining order against him. According to the filing, she accused him of alcohol and drug addiction, infidelity, and physical and emotional abuse, also saying he had a temper and could be “volatile at times.”

While many users think the photos are distasteful, Robin doesn’t really seem to care.
