Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Speak Candidly About Their Mental Health

Meghan Markle has opened up about being “the most trolled person” on earth and how that impacted her mental health.

Meghan and husband Prince Harry appeared on the podcast Teenager Therapy to commemorate World Mental Health Day.

“I’m told that in 2019 I was the most trolled person in the entire world — male or female,” she told the high-school students who host the podcast. “Now for eight months of that, I wasn’t even visible. I was on maternity leave or with the baby, but what was able to be just manufactured and churned out, it’s almost unsurvivable. …I don’t care if you are 15 or 25, if people are saying things about you that aren’t true, what that does to your mental and emotional health is damaging.”

Harry added that he chooses not to read anything that is written about him and Meghan online.

“Meditation is key,” he said. “I never thought that I would be the person to do that.”

“As I said, the sign of strength is talking about it,” he said, adding that he and his wife have “good days and bad days” when it comes to dealing with some of the negative publicity. “Every single one of us has stuff going on.”

We love them both so much. Listen to the interview below.
