Apple TV+ Greenlights ‘The Supermodels’ Doc About 1990s Runway Stars

We can’t wait for this!

Supermodels Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford and Linda Evangelista will be the focus of a new docuseries on Apple TV+ about the best era in fashion history.

The gals unveiled the upcoming The Supermodels, showcasing their rise in the ’80s, reign in the ’90s and legendary lives in the present day.

Naomi said in a statement to Page Six that they’re all “thrilled to share our story with the world, and there could be no better partners than Brian Grazer [and] Ron Howard … to bring it to life, as we knew they would respect and honor our story.”

Cindy added, “I’m excited to reunite with my friends to both celebrate and examine the way supermodels transcended the traditional perceptions and limits of modeling in the fashion industry through time.”

Oscar-winner Barbara Kopple will direct the series. We can’t wait to binge this!
