Anita Hill Says She’s Voting For Joe Biden in November

Anita Hill announced that she’s voting for Joe Biden in November.

The activist announced her vote on CNN’s upcoming documentary, Fight for the White House: Joe Biden’s Long Journey.

“Notwithstanding all of his limitations in the past, and the mistakes that he made in the past, notwithstanding those — at this point, between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, I think Joe Biden is the person who should be elected in November,” she said. “Its more about the survivors of gender violence. That’s really what it’s about.”

“My commitment is to finding solutions, and I am more than willing to work with him,” she added, explaining that she is open to working with Joe on issues of sexual harassment, gender violence and gender discrimination.

Of course, Joe was part of the committee during the 1991 confirmation hearing of Clarence Thomas when Anita testified and said Clarence had allegedly sexually harassed her.

When Joe launched his 2020 presidential campaign, he said he called Anita to apologize.

Thank you for speaking out, Anita!
