That 70’s Show actor Danny Masterson has been charged with raping three women on separate occasions from 2001 to 2003.

The official charges are three counts of rape by force or fear, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.

Page Six reports that Danny is accused of raping a 23-year-old woman in the winter of 2001, a 28-year-old woman in April 2003, and another 23-year-old woman around the fall and winter of 2003.

All the alleged incidents supposedly occurred at his Hollywood Hills home.

The actor faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted at trial. He is due in court on September 18.

Wow. This is such a sad story, but we’re hoping justice is served.
