According to reports, Chris D’Elia has been accused of preying on underage girls while perusing the Internet.

A woman named Simone Rossi shared screenshots of her Twitter conversations with him. She claims he sent them to her when she was 16 and he was in his 30s.

Simone started her thread by saying she couldn’t believe Chris had been cast in the Netflix series You as a man who is secretly a child molester.

“Like the literal IRONY,” she tweeted.

In one of the alleged messages, Chris asked if they could “make out,” even though she claims he was 34 at the time.

“For the longest time I thought it was embarrassing for ME that I was interacting with this older man but he was the one who DM’d me on twitter and was the one who was twice my age and was the one that used the power imbalance between us to his advantage so f*** chris d’elia,” she said.

Another woman named Abby Grills also shared screenshots on Twitter of a 2011 conversation with Chris over Facebook Messenger.

In those messages, Chris allegedly asked her for her number, but she declined to give it to him, citing her age.

“Gimme yer # again!” he allegedly wrote.

“you’re insistent! why?” she responded.

“Because I like you. Duh. And plus, you know you kinda like it. Sooooooo what is it?” he allegedly asked.

“Sorryyy. I mean you’re 30 and all,” she then said.

“What’s really weird to me looking back at these is that in my head, he didn’t know I was 17 until I told him to stop messaging me,” she noted in a follow-up tweet. “But I now see I told him several times. I had been giving him the benefit of the doubt all these years.”

Wow. Well, we’ll certainly be waiting for a statement from Chris.
