Alicia Silverstone Takes Baths With Her 9-Year-Old Son
Alicia Silverstone is revealing some pretty bizarre facts about life in quarantine.
Apparently, the star has been bathing with her 9-year-old son Bear Blu while in self-isolation.
“My son and I take baths together,” she told the New York Times. “When he’s not with me, I take a bath and that really feels nourishing and comforting.”
The actress also shared that she’s enjoyed cooking, taking long walks, yoga and writing in her journal to keep her anxiety at bay. Plus, she says it’s all about diet.
“I always bring everything back to diet,” she told the outlet. “When I don’t eat well, I don’t feel well, and then my moods go all over the place.”
