Sarah Jessica Parker is Getting Sued For Allegedly Not Paying Employee Overtime

A former manager at one of Sarah Jessica Parker’s stores is suing Sarah for allegedly failing to pay her overtime wages.

According to Page Six, the ex-staffer, Heather Holt, claims that Sarah and her business partner George Malkemus stiffed her out of overtime pay from Dec. 31, 2018 to March 1, 2020.

“Plaintiff was not adequately compensated overtime wages at the overtime wage rate for all hours worked over forty in a workweek,” the suit claims, though it doesn’t say how much she’s allegedly owed.

Of course, Sarah had pop-up shops in New York City — one on West 52nd Street and a boutique at 93 South Street.

Eek! Talk about shoe drama. We’ll be following this story.
