Lori Loughlin Will Plead Guilty in College Admissions Scandal & Serve Jail Time

The time has come for the Hollywood trial of the decade.

According to new reports, Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have agreed to plead guilty and serve time behind bars.

Of course, the couple is going to court for paying $500,000 in bribes to get their two daughters into college.

Page Six reports that Lori will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and mail fraud, while Mossimo will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and mail fraud and honest services wire and mail fraud.

“Under their plea agreements, Lori will serve two months in prison, and 100 hours of community service and pay a $150,000 fine,” the outlet lays out. “Her husband will serve five months in prison, pay a $250,000 and perform 250 hours of community service.”

Both sentences are subject to a judge’s approval.

Wow. Well, so much for fighting a losing battle. It’s probably the smartest move.
