Did You Know That Dolly Parton Helped Produce ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer?’

People are freaking out that Dolly Parton had a producer side gig that brought late ’90s Buffy the Vampire Slayer to TV.

According to NY Post, while the country star is not credited as a producer on the show itself, a production company she co-created and oversaw brought the show to the WB in 1997.

Dolly co-founded Sandollar Entertainment with the late Sandy Gallin in 1986. Together they produced classic family films such as Father of the Bride (1991) and Fly Away Home (1996).

Clearly, Dolly has her hands in everything — and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
