Robert De Niro is in a very serious lawsuit against his ex-assistant, Graham Chase Robinson, and it’s only getting dirtier.

According to TMZ, the actor claims Graham “made veiled threats against him, if he didn’t ante up on her demands.”

According to new legal docs, Graham sent Rob an email in August 2019 claiming she would “disclose personal info about him.” Days later, he sued her for misusing the company credit card and binge-watching Friends on the job. (We can’t make this stuff up, y’all.)

Furthermore, Rob claims that in a separate email she threatened to write a memoir containing personal information about him if her demands weren’t met.

Robert also alleges that Graham counter-sued him in October only because he called her out for work misconduct.

This seems to be the case that keeps on getting stranger. We don’t know about you, but seeing Robert in this light is making us super sad, right? The good part is that justice will certainly get done.

The big takeaway? If you’re going to blackmail an A-list celebrity… don’t do it via email.
