Michelle Williams is Engaged to ‘Hamilton’ Director Thomas Kail, & She’s Pregnant!
A double congratulations are in order for Michelle Williams and Thomas Kail!
The Oscar nominee is engaged to the Tony Award-winning director, according to a source at People magazine. Furthermore, they’re expecting their first child together!
Oh, and it gets better. Apparently, Michelle’s 14-year-old daughter Matilda (who is also the daughter of the late actor, Heath Ledger) played matchmaker, according to the source.
Thomas directed Michelle in the drama Fosse/Verdon, for which she won the Emmy Award for lead actress. He also directed the musical In the Heights on Broadway, and won an Emmy for directing Grease: Live.
