Kevin Spacey is back with a head-scratching Christmas Eve video.

The actor posted a video of himself sitting in front of a fire, wearing a holiday sweater saying he’s grateful to have “my health back,” “making changes in my life” and that he’s casting his vote for “more good in this world.”

Of course, the Oscar winner was previously facing a criminal groping charge this year until the prosecution’s case collapsed.

The video itself is a bit odd given that it’s unclear whether he is supposed to be himself or if he’s playing a character.

“I know what you’re thinking, can he be serious? I’m dead serious and it’s not that hard, trust me,” he says in the clip. “The next time someone does something you don’t like, you can go on the attack but you can also hold your fire and do the unexpected… You can kill them with kindness.”

Hmm… Merry Christmas Kevin (we guess?).
