Jessica Biel Was The One Who Pressured Justin Timberlake to Publicly Apologize After PDA Scandal
Not-so-surprisingly, it’s been revealed by a source that Jessica Biel put pressure on Justin Timberlake after he was spotted holding hands with his Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright.
“Jessica encouraged Justin to put out his statement on Instagram because she felt embarrassed by his actions and wanted him to take accountability,” a source told Us Weekly, noting that the couple is “still united.”
The couple has been married since October 2012, and they share 4-year-old son Silas.
In case you forgot, Justin made headlines after he and Alisha were spotted looking cozy during a drunken night out in New Orleans last month.
They discreetly held hands under a table at the Old Absinthe House bar on Bourbon Street, and the actress was seen placing her hand on his knee.
Justin eventually issued an apology (see below). And now we know it was Jessica who prompted it.
