It’s nice to know that William and Harry are just like any other siblings.

There’s apparently been lots of tension between the royal brothers after Harry and wife Meghan Markle announced they will not be spending the holidays with the royals this year.

Sources close to the couple have said that both Meghan and Harry are struggling with feelings of isolation from the rest of the family.

“There is a lot of hurt and a lot of unresolved issues between the boys,” a friend of the family told People magazine, “and no one to help mediate.”

Furthermore, “Petty grievances can become huge conflicts between all the different royal offices if they aren’t managed correctly, and that’s exactly what’s happening now.”

As People notes, “some of their division can be traced back to the fall of 2016, when, sources say, William cautioned Harry about moving too fast with Meghan, which led to a painful rift between the brothers.”

Harry recently said in the couple’s documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, “Inevitably stuff happens. But we’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers. We’re certainly on different paths at the moment.”

Ay ay ay! When we fight with our siblings, we slam the door. At least Harry can just… move to another castle?

Still, we hope things get resolved quickly.
