Mr. Rogers’s Widow Says He Would Have Loved His Biopic
We cannot wait for the new Tom Hanks-led movie A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, which opens Friday.
According to Page Six, Mr. Rogers’s wife Joanne says he “would have really loved” the film.
The outlet reports that Joanne was the life of the party during a screening of the film in New York City, where she simply stated of the late Fred Rogers, “I think he would have really loved it, don’t you?”
We never met you Joanne, but we know you’re our kind of people. We know Fred is dancing in heaven!
