Guess How Much Kurt Cobain’s ‘MTV Unplugged’ Cardigan Sold For at Auction
Even in death, Kurt Cobain is a hot ticket.
The late Nirvana frontman’s infamous green cardigan that he wore during that iconic MTV Unplugged set recently sold during Julien’s Auctions two-day Icons & Idols: Rock ‘N’ Roll event at the Hard Rock Café in Times Square.
The cardigan went for a whopping $334,000, making it the most expensive sweater ever to be sold at auction!
The cardigan was previously sold in 2015 for $140,800. So that means, in a matter of four years, its value nearly doubled.
