Sad news, y’all. Nick Cannon’s late-night show that was in development is, well, no longer happening… 

According to Page Six, the unnamed late-night show, which was announced in late 2018, has canceled its plans.

The star’s manager confirmed the news not long after Debmar-Mercury, the company that produces The Wendy Williams Show, would be picking up a daytime talk show for Nick. 

So… while the late-night show was terminated, Nick still has the daytime show! Apparently, the daytime show was more of a priority to the star. No further details about the show or time slot were released. 

In conclusion: Nick might not be putting us to sleep at night, but he’ll certainly be waking us up during the day. We’ll take it!
