Kristen Stewart Is Fully Supporting Ex Robert Pattinson as Batman
Robert Pattinson is putting on the famous cape to play Batman, and his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart is all about it!
While promoting her upcoming movie Seberg at the Toronto International Film Festival, Kristen spoke to Variety about the mixed reactions following Robert’s casting.
“I feel like he’s the only guy that could play that part,” she said. “I’m so happy for him. It’s crazy. I’m very, very happy about that. I heard that and I was like, ‘Oh man!’ It’s awesome.”
Speaking of superheroes, the actress also spoke to Variety earlier in the day about claims that she was told to hide her sexuality so she could get a Marvel movie.
“That’s been a conversation that’s always existed,” Kristen said. “I’ve always radically rejected it… It was literally just a big conglomerate-y type thing. I’m sure they would love to hire the gay kids to be superheroes.”
