Kevin Federline Now Has 70% Custody Of His and Britney Spears’s Kids

New changes have been put in place for Kevin Federline and Britney Spears’s child custody agreement for their two sons, Preston and Jayden.

As TMZ reports, Kevin will now have 70 percent custody of the boys while Britney will have 30 percent unsupervised rights.

The co-parents, who were married from 2004-2007, previously shared custody 50-50. But according to the outlet, they’ve been following the 70-30 agreement for a year and have since made things official by law.

The two have been great co-parents since their split. In fact, Kevin defended Britney earlier this year when she checked herself into a mental health facility, saying in a statement, “Kevin commends Britney for recognizing that she needs to take a step back and that she is taking the reasonable steps to dealing with her situation in a responsible way. He wishes everyone well.”

All’s well that ends well!
