Recently, Forever 21 made headlines for reportedly considering filing bankruptcy. Now, Ariana Grande just might make that come true after filing a massive lawsuit for allegedly stealing her name and likeness.

The singer claims the fast fashion outlet is making money off her without actually paying her.

According to NBC, Ariana filed the $10 million lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court. In the claim, she says Forever 21 is “stealing her name and likeness to promote its products and a beauty company [Riley Rose] started by its founders’ daughters.”

Furthermore, Ariana claimed both Forever 21 and Riley Rose used at least 30 photos and videos “misappropriating her name, image, likeness and music.”

One of the songs Forever 21 allegedly used in their marketing was her “7 Rings” shopping anthem, and the singer further claims the companies hired a model who looked just like her.

Her claim is supported by the fact that Ariana and Forever 21 were reportedly in talks of a joint marketing campaign in February this year. However, she walked away from the deal because they wouldn’t pay her enough money. Ouch!
