Not long after Bam Margera left rehab, the former Jackass star was arrested by the LAPD, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department records obtained by Page Six.

The troubled reality star was placed under a citizen’s arrest for trespassing after he left a rehab facility that Dr. Phil McGraw was helping him with.

TMZ reports that Bam allegedly refused to leave the Luxe Hotel on Sunset after causing a scene. His bail was set at $1,000.

“He doesn’t need a lawyer to get out,” his dad, Phil, told Page Six. “He was trespassing. I don’t know all the details, so I better not speculate. He’s allowed to get out on his own. He was drunk so they’re gonna let him sober up and then he can leave on his own when they say it’s time. That’s all I truly know.”
