Chris Harrison is not staying silent anymore about the allegations against The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss.

Mike is in the middle of a divorce filing from his wife Laura, who reportedly filed for an emergency domestic violence restraining order after she claims Mike physically attacked her and “demanded” she get an abortion over the July 4 weekend, according to a declaration obtained by The Blast.

This week, Chris went on The Ringer’s Bachelor Party podcast and opened up about the situation, which he says is vastly different from Bachelor scandals in the past — specifically allegations of sexual misconduct on set between two contestants.

“I won’t get too deep into this, but I will say as far as those two situations, they’re very different,” he said. “Because Bachelor in Paradise, that was a production situation, something that happened on our set, having to do with our show, was relevant to our production — so that was my concern as far as production.”

He continued, “Mike Fleiss and his situation is completely different because it is a very personal, private matter between he, his wife, his kids, his family — and outside of production.”
