Rumors have been swirling that Meghan McCain is thinking of leaving ABC’s The View, however Page Six is reporting she would actually like to remain on the show — but only if things change.

“She is still in talks and would like to return,” a source told the outlet. “There are some things that need to change. Meghan feels constantly attacked.”

The Daily Beast had previously written a story this week saying that Meghan feels emotionally exhausted.

The report also said there have been numerous leaks to the press about her alleged bad behavior. According The Daily Beast, Meghan’s camp believes the leaks are coming from co-host Sunny Hostin.

However, senior executive producer Hilary Estey McLoughlin told the press, “I don’t think Sunny is the leak. I don’t think anyone who is working on the show could be that overtly doing something that’s potentially problematic for their own careers.”

A rep for Sunny told Page Six, “This is absurd, and I’m not surprised the source is anonymous, since defamation is actionable.”
