Kevin Spacey is back in court this week for allegations of groping a then-18-year-old busboy at a bar in Nantucket. According to police, the assault happened in 2016 at the Club Car.

The actor pleaded not guilty in January to a charge of indecent assault and battery, and his lawyers called the allegations “patently false.”

Soon after the charges were announced this year, the kid’s mother ended up writing an op-ed explaining how the whole incident went down — which only fueled the flames of the fire.

In court documents filed Friday, Kevin’s attorney claims the busboy deleted text messages that support the actor’s claims of innocence.

Now, the judge ordered the Club Car to turn over surveillance footage from the night the incident allegedly took place. Who knows whether or not the evidence will help or destroy Kevin’s claim.
