Adam Levine Is Leaving ‘The Voice!’
Our hearts are broken after hearing that Adam Levine is leaving The Voice after 16 wonderful seasons! The announcement was made by the show’s host, Carson Daly, while on the Today show this morning.
“After 16 seasons, Adam Levine, our beloved coach and friend, has decided to leave The Voice,” Carson said. “Adam was one of the original coaches that launched the show, winning the competition three times and inspiring many of the artists that he worked so closely with over the years … He’ll always be a cherished member of the ‘Voice’ family and, of course, we wish him nothing but the best.”
Gwen Stefani will be replacing Adam for the upcoming 17th season, and will be joined by John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, and Blake Shelton.
It wasn’t long ago that The Voice tweeted Adam would be staying. So it’s interesting to think… what the hell happened?!
