While things are bound to be a bit tense on the set of Empire following Jussie Smollett’s legal drama, Taraji P Henson says everything is good.

Taraji said the vibe on set has remained unchanged after Jussie allegedly staged a racial and homophobic hate crime because he was dissatisfied with his salary.

“It’s a great atmosphere,” she told Entertainment Tonight this weekend.

Though she declined to directly address the accusations Jussie faces, that didn’t stop Twitter users from giving their two cents about Jussie’s character being back on the screen upon Empire’s midseason return — though all Jussie’s episodes had finished filming long before his legal drama.

“I’m sorry it’s so hard for me to look at jussie without wanting to slap the s–t outta him #Empire,” a viewer tweeted.

“I’m just ready to see them write off Jamal #Empire,” another wrote.
