Mama June Arrested On Drug Charges, Following Domestic Dispute
According to reports, “Mama” June Shannon and her boyfriend were busted for drug possession following a domestic dispute.
The mother of Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at an Alabama gas station while her BF of three years, Geno Doak, was cuffed for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and domestic violence, TMZ reported.
That’s a lot of charges, y’all!
It’s still unclear as to why police showed up at the gas station, but it’s known that Geno has a lengthy criminal history — including arrests for theft, burglary and criminal damage to property.
Mama June recently lost 300 pounds and slimmed down to a size 4 after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery.
The hit reality TV show was ultimately canceled after four seasons when it was revealed that her then-boyfriend Mark McDaniel served 10 years in prison for molesting her then 8-year-old daughter, Anna, according to reports.
