Victoria Gotti’s New Biopic Will Clear Misconceptions About The Gotti Family

Victoria Gotti is finally getting the biopic she deserves, and it will all be in her own control.

The late John Gotti’s daughter spent seven years working on the film Victoria Gotti: My Father’s Daughter, which centers on her relationship with the late mob boss. She hopes that by telling her story of growing up it will clear misconceptions the world might have of her family.

“I think everyone has their own view on how things are played out,” she told Page Six. “I think at the end of the day it’s interesting how each child or each person views their life or their relationship with different people.” The former reality star added that her children have been more curious about her life after reading the script for the film, which she says is “different than anything that’s ever been [out].”

“It shows a side of my father and it’s not a puff piece so to speak,” she explained. “You know, it’s not this great relationship between a father and a daughter. It shows conflict. It shows a lot of things.”

Victoria Gotti: My Father’s Daughter premieres Feb. 9 at 8 p.m. ET on Lifetime. Will you be watching?
