OMG! Idris Elba Is DJing At Coachella 2019
Idris Elba is more than just an actor. The man is a full-on DJ! And a great one at that.
Idris, who is also People’s Sexiest Man Alive, is known as DJ Big Driis and will be making his Coachella debut this year, hitting the stage on Saturday of both weekends, the festival announced last night.
As a DJ, Idris has been spinning for decades now, having started when he was a teen. He even spun records at his friend Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Royal Wedding last May.
He told the Guardian about the royal wedding, “I try not to talk too much about it, because it was a private day, but it remains one of the highlights of my life, for sure.”
