18-Year-Old Kevin Spacey Accuser Says He Partially Filmed The Incident

Apparently, the man who has accused Kevin Spacey of sexually assaulting him in a Massachusetts bar in July 2016 (he was 18 years old then) has told police that he filmed some of the incident.

Last December, Kevin was charged with felony sexual assault, more than a year after the accuser’s mother, Heather Unruh, went public with the allegation that the actor had abused her son.

This week, Kevin posted a bizarre video denying all the allegations that have come forward against him.

According to People magazine, Kevin’s accuser told authorities he was “texting and snapchatting” while the actor reached down his pants and repeatedly touched his genitals while they were together at a Nantucket bar. The then-teen told police that he and Kevin drank heavily that night after the teen finished his shift as a bus boy.

The young man, who initially approached Kevin to ask for an autograph, also said that others at the bar independently reported seeing Kevin with him.

According to the reports, the teen said he initially lied to Kevin, telling him he was a 23-year-old college student and described feeling unsure how to escape the situation as it escalated: “He didn’t want to get in trouble at work or get his work in trouble,” a report obtained by People reads.

The teen’s girlfriend told police that “at some point during the night, [she] received a text from [the accuser] saying Spacey was hitting on him, but [she] didn’t believe him.”
