Kevin Spacey Is Charged With Felony Sexual Assault On The Same Day He Posts Bizarre Video

Kevin Spacey will be arraigned in Massachusetts on January 7 for a charge of indecent assault and battery, reports The Hollywood Reporter. The alleged assault on a male victim took place at a Nantucket bar in July 2016.

Former Boston TV news anchor Heather Unruh held a press conference last year to share her son’s allegation of sexual assault against the actor. Her then 18-year-old son says he was sexually assaulted by Kevin inside the Club Car Restaurant in Nantucket.

Allegedly, Kevin “bought him drink after drink after drink.”

“My son was a starstruck, straight 18-year-old young man who had no idea that the famous actor was an alleged sexual predator or that he was about to become his next victim,” Heather said at the time. “When my son was drunk, Spacey made his move and sexually assaulted him.”

On the same day the felony charges were revealed to the public, Kevin released a bizarre Christmas video titled “Let Me Be Frank,” which has already been seen over 4.5 million times.

The timing couldn’t have been worse. In the video, Kevin speaks in the Southern accent and demeanor of his character in House of Cards.

“Of course, some believed everything and have been just waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all,” he says in the video. “They’re just dying to have me declare that everything said is true and that I got what I deserved. Only you and I both know it’s never that simple, not in politics and not in life.”
