Anne Hathaway’s new role in Amazon’s Modern Love, a series based on the popular New York Times column, has given her a new do: shiny red hair. The half-hour romantic comedy anthology series is slated to run eight episodes.
“Anne was conducting a table read at the rooftop in honor of her new romantic comedy, Modern Love, and she was sporting new, red hair,” a source told Page Six.
Sources also noticed a recent casting notice posted via Backstage that said: “Seeking a SAG-AFTRA or nonunion 17-19 year old Caucasian girl with red hair to portray a young version of Anne Hathaway.”
