James Bond Producer Says The Character Will Never Be A Woman
James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli confirms that James Bond will always be a man. The confirmation comes after a slew of fans demanded a change of pace, seeking out a woman to play the legendary character.
“Bond is male,” she said plainly. “He’s a male character. He was written as a male, and I think he’ll probably stay as a male.”
She added, “Let’s just create more female characters and make the story fit those female characters.”
