Met Gala Were Literally Checking People For Smoking
When the Met Gala received backlash by museum donors after celebrities were caught smoking while taking selfies in the bathroom, security people made extra sure there was no repeating history.
“Guests were told that it is illegal to smoke in the museum,” a spy told Page Six. “It was mentioned on the invite and there were bold signs saying ‘No Smoking.’”
“There were even some undercover smoke detectives in the stalls,” the source added. And guards were outside the bathroom making sure no one was lighting it up. Now that’s protocol!
