The fateful night where Luann de Lesseps was arrested for disorderly conduct in Palm Beach has now been caught on video. The five-minute video, captured in December 2017, popped up on YouTube over the weekend.

Luann was charged with disorderly intoxication, battery of an officer, resisting arrest and making threats against a public servant. In the video, she is repeatedly heard threatening cops and shouting, “Don’t touch me! I will kill you.”

She recalled her night in jail to Andy Cohen: “I didn’t sleep all night, and I had a hangover, so it was pretty rough,” she told him. “It was awful.”

“At this point in my life, I don’t want to drink, nor do I have interest in drinking,” she added. “Rehab saved my life. It was the best thing that I could do for myself and I’m so glad I did that.”
