When anyone tries to charge $70K to their credit card, the company is bound to get suspicious. Shaquille O’Neal learned that when he tried to do a big purchase at Walmart, and he shared the story with James Corden.

“So 2 or 3 in the morning, I got to go get four or five TVs,” he explained. “I’ve got to go get printers. I’ve got to go get laptops. I’ve got to go get appliances, sheets, towels, underwear, T-shirts. So at the end, it was $70,000.”

After two denials at checkout, he thought, “I know I’m not broke.”

“So then the American Express security called me [and said], ‘Hey man. Somebody stole your credit card and they spent $70,000 at Walmart,’” he revealed.
