Gwyneth Paltrow’s “first wedding,” as she says, to producer Brad Falchuk is coming up (she had eloped with rocker Chris Martin previously), and her gal pals are planning a very fun bachelorette party in Mexico.

Sources told Page Six  Cameron Diaz and designer Stella McCartney were headed south of the border for the bash. Apparently, Cameron booked a private jet for 12 guests to head down to the party.

Gwyneth told People earlier this year, “I’m excited about everything! I’ve never had a wedding before . . . So even though I’m 45, I sort of feel like a 21-year-old.” She added, “It’s kind of fun to talk about with my girlfriends. They send me pictures of dresses — they’re as excited about it as I am.”
