Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are eagerly anticipating adding another child to their family. The couple are already dads to a 2-year-old named Poppy.

“Anything right now that’s uncertain with us on the precipice of having another child just stresses me out on another level,” Jeremiah told Nate in a sneak peek of their TLC show Nate and Jeremiah By Design. 

“We’ve kind of gotten into this beautiful rhythm with Poppy, the three of us with this cute synergy. And that’s about to all shift,” he continued. “The baby will bring their own energy and dynamic to the house. But we’re all excited about it.”

“[Poppy] has a distinct personality and wants and needs and desires. And is not afraid to communicate them,” Nate says. “The other day she said to Jeremiah, while she was in trouble, he said, ‘Poppy, it’s not funny.’ And Poppy goes, ‘It’s a little funny.’”
