In a new Porter interview, Karlie Klaus gave an update on her friendship with Taylor Swift, as she dropped a list of her current best friends — and it excluded Taylor.

“A couple have become some of the most important relationships in my life, in particular, those I’ve been in the trenches with, such as Jourdan Dunn, Joan Smalls, Toni Garrn and Lily Aldridge,” she said. “We started as girls and we’ve grown up together, and I know if I need anything, I can call them up and they will be there for me, just like my friends from kindergarten.”

The two were besties forever, but they haven’t been seen together for a while.

In a New York Times piece published March 16, Kloss said regarding her and Swift, “Don’t believe everything you read.” The NYT noted that Kloss and Swift “continue to be good friends, and they talk frequently.”

Could this be accidental shade?
