Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb have been in a legal battle over her frozen embryos, and it’s not stopping anytime soon. She is requesting that a lawsuit filed by her ex be thrown out of court, according to The Blast.

Nick filed the lawsuit in Louisiana, seeking claims to her eggs. She says she has no ties to Louisiana, so the suit should be tossed.

A previous suit was tossed last year when Nick requested custody of the frozen embryos, claiming Sofia “effectively abandoned” them.
