Following Monday’s horrific Bachelor episode where Arie Luyendyk Jr. took back his proposal, a decade-old mugshot resurfaced online.

Turns out, Arie was arrested in October 2008 for driving with a suspended license in Scottsdale, Arizona, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail. The race car driver has also been ticketed for multiple traffic violations, including speeding, failure to obey a traffic signal, unsafe lane changing, and for failing to provide proof of insurance.

Arie certainly wasn’t Bachelor fans’s favorite man this week. Who knows what’s to come of him in the future.
