Justin Timberlake is so natural that even performing for millions of people is a cake walk. Before he took the stage on Sunday, the “Man of the Woods” singer posted a selfie to Instagram captioned, “Lazy Sunday. #SBLII.”
While many people expected some kind of recreation of NSYNC or an appearance by Janet Jackson, the singer quickly ruled both out in the days leading up to the game. “It’s a moment where you have the opportunity to bring so many people together through what I think is the greatest art form, which is music,” he said. “And so that has been sort of the ethos of inspiration behind putting the set list together… And, you know, I like to make dance music so I hope everyone is dancing.”
