Without a doubt, Chris Cuomo is one sexy anchor. Apparently, the CNN favorite needs several gyms to get his body tight, right, and out of sight.

Chris recently told the New York Times that he trains at CrossFit or Asphalt Green, but is also often seen at the Equinox on Columbus Avenue at 67th Street, where ABC’s David Muir also works out.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, Brooke Baldwin, Regis and Joy Philbin, Tony Danza, Hank Azaria and David Hyde Pierce are also gym rats that go to these facilities, reports Page Six.

Ok! So yesterday I sacrificed form for frivolous concern of more weight. So today – I did Turkish Get Ups which are totally form intensive. If you don’t do them right – you fail. And I did them with 70lb kb. Not easy. I forced myself to focus on form. I did 30 reps – 15 a side. Full body #Grind and mobility taxing.
