Judge Dismisses Jim Carrey’s Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Him
Jim Carey will not be going to trial in connection with his ex girlfriend Cathriona White’s 2015 suicide.
Jim’s rep confirmed that the case was dismissed today. Jim was sued by Cathriona’s family, who blamed him for her death by a drug overdose.
Jim had later claimed that his ex extorted him by threatening to go to the media with fake allegations that he had given her sexually transmitted diseases.
He told The Hollywood Reporter he’s looking forward to moving on with his life.
