Matt Lauer was kicked out of his home by his wife Annette Roque, who has been seen over the last few weeks going into the offices of divorce attorneys.

The couple has been married for nearly twenty years, and according to Page Six, the former model forced him out of the Hamptons estate they shared with their three kids, one of whom is away at college.

Matt is staying at another house nearby out east so he can continue to spend time with his kids. He owns a $36 million compound in North Haven, a house in Sag Harbor and a 40-acre horse farm in Water Mill.

Annette had previously filed for divorce from Matt in 2006, citing “mental abuse, extreme mental and emotional distress, humiliation, torment and anxiety,” but withdrew the filing weeks later after he offered her a postnuptial agreement and millions more dollars, a source told Page Six.
