Following the insane amount of sexual assault allegations against various Hollywood heavyweights, women in Hollywood have banded together to make a statement that Time’s Up on being silent about the issues.

This year, women will be wearing a pin designed by stylist Arianne Phillips, recruited by Reese Witherspoon.

The Time’s Up campaign was launched on Monday by Reese, Shonda Rhimes, Emma Stone, Kerry Washington, Natalie Portman and other Hollywood women. Time’s Up is also raising money for a legal defense fund for both women and men who believe that they’ve been discriminated against or harassed in the workplace.
