Mama June Says She Sleeps Till 1 to Skip Breakfast Meals

Apparently it’s a lot more than beauty sleep to look fierce AF, like Mama June.

In a new interview with People magazine, the reality star (who recently lost 300 pounds after gastric sleeve surgery) says portion is key. And a way to do that is sleep.

“It’s all about portion control for me,” she said. “It’s not easy to eat like you’re ‘supposed to’ and hit the gym all the time, but I’m just trying to maintain it the best I can.”

She later said that sleeping till 1pm to skip breakfast is one of her secrets: “This sounds bad,” she adds, “but I’m more of a snacker.”
