Actor Christopher McDonald (Happy Gilmore, Thelma & Louise, Harry’s Law) was arrested on DUI charges, reports Entertainment Tonight. He was driving while intoxicated with over 0.8 blood alcohol content.

Christopher allegedly veered off the highway and crashed into a gas meter. He was also arrested in October 2013 in North Carolina after he was stopped and failed to take a breathalyzer test. He was later released on $1,000 bail.
